As the "new curriculum reform is in full swing, the traditional" cramming teaching mode" is impacted unprecedented. However, the most important thing is how to break through the bondage of traditional teaching mode to accomplish the new curriculum reform; especially how to turn the "teacher-centered" single class subject into "student-centered, teachers-leading" double subject.Nowadays. At the stage of the information technology teaching, improving students’ ability of solving the problem with information technology becomes an important goal. At the same time, it requires that students are supposed to cultivate the ability of analyzing and solving problems,. In order to carry out the education policy of information technology curriculum reform in our country, based on the reality, we must find out a suitable way of teaching-"problem solving" teaching. First, this paper shows the research background, research status at home and abroad of "problem solving". it focuses on the significance of problem solving" teaching. It treats the previous teaching theory as the support of the research. Second, through the questionnaire survey, we can see the students’ current level of information and technology and students study attitude of "problem solving"The theoretical knowledge with the student actual situation as the basis of teaching design, Centered on "problem solving" teaching design. Put forward "problem solving" centered teaching basic principles. Combined with the specific content, "Problem solving" centered teaching goals, teaching contents, teaching strategies and the design of teaching process; Finally by 10 weeks practical teaching is centered on "problem solving" the information technology teaching classroom for students to use information technology to solve problems in life and analyzed the influence of the problem, to "problem solving" centered teaching put forward the overall evaluation and personal future.Through research summarizes centered on "problem solving" information technology classroom teaching mode, verify the centered on "problem solving" teaching mode can improve the learning interest of the students in information technology course and the use of information technology processing actual problem ability.
