Thinking is start from problem solving. Solving the problem is the start from problems found and problems found is a kind of impetus to the problem solving process. In all human activity there is such problems, constantly finding and solving these problems, is both the need of the development of human social life, but also the needs of the development of individual thinking. American educators Dewey in last century will introduce education field problem solving, and was applied to teaching and research in. Problem solving is the application of knowledge, skills and learning strategies, is one of the principal aims of the study and solving the problems is the basic form and best way. Problem solving activity is very complex, it not only includes the whole understanding activity, but also has infiltrated many non-intelligence factor function, but the thinking activity is the solution to the problem of core components. In the process of curriculum reform, each teacher should focus on the curriculum standard as the guide and the teaching in certain problem context, let students'basic knowledge, skills and the ability to solve problems in problem solving process of getting synchronous development.So process of problem solving is how to carry out?How to train the student's problem solving ability?This is always education experts and psychologists explored.In this paper the author elaborately design the test material about biology information-given problem-solving ability for students in senior middle school, which is based on cognitive psychology, information processing theory and its premise is the characteristic of biology information-given problem. Middle school students'thinking process have been preliminarily studied for the information-based problem-solving by means of case studies with interviews, oral reports, conduct analysis of the road map etc.On this basis, combining theories related to problem-solving, build the dimensions structure of the biological thinking ability, and prepare the biological measurement instrument of thinking ability, which is reliable and effective (70 items compositing of the thinking ability of middle school biology volume of the test), testing the students of grade two in senior middle school, analyzing the test results by SPSS13.0 analysis, determine the situation of the biological thinking ability in middle school students and try to build a data interpretation norm.The article is composed of five parts:The first part is the relevant research background of giving information, problem-solving and thinking process; the second part is the related theoretical basis and design of this study; the third part is case studies of thinking process about biology problem-solving, which is related to giving information type; the fourth part is the significance of the third part; the fifth part is general discussion.By means of oral report case studies, the results obtained are as follows:In the case studies, the senior middle school students begin with reading question in addressing giving information biological problem, the general experience is made up four main aspect, including literal representation, specific characterization, method characterization and prototype characterization, selection strategies and self-monitoring run through the whole problem-solving, the problem-solving behavior to be planned, tested, feed backed, adjusted, evaluated and then to be regulated, in order to achieve the goal-based status for successful resolution of information giving biological problem. We get the thinking process diagrams.Based on the results of case studies and based on the experimental results of this study case correlation analysis of factors SPSS, which message to type biology problem solving thinking process between affecting factors of different level of relevance.And based on this get meaning body.
