As the global economic integration and rapid development of scientific technology, especially the rapid development of information technology and new and high technology industries, the world turns into the age of the knowledge economy. Now a country to be in the world will need to use a firm foothold in the economy and science and technology to talk, and the economy and the development of science and technology depend on the development of talent. Team teaching as a teaching philosophy, it provides a new way for teachers to cooperation. As a teaching principle, it is to improve teaching quality and efficiency has an important contribution. However, the theoretical study of the mainland in team teaching is still in the introduction of foreign experience, the learn form, comments stage, the lack of in-depth study on this issue, and education and teaching practice. Team teaching in-depth discussion and research to promote China’s education reform a Choice. This research from a microscopic perspectives for collaborative teaching model of the system analysis, through the analysis of the integrated curriculum implementation of the necessity of collaborative teaching, and puts forward the integrated curriculum to adapt in collaborative teaching mode, through this one beneficial to study how to improve the teaching quality of the integrated curriculum, promote the reform of new basic education curriculum implementation. And further promote the academic circles for collaborative teaching theory and practice of research.The whole thesis consists six parts. The first part is the preface. This part of the paper briefly introduces the background, puts forward the domestic and foreign research current situation, the purpose and significance, thoughts and methods.The second part is the collaborative teaching mode analysis. This part of the first true teaching is analyzed, and the connotation of collaborative teaching and cooperation of the difference between teaching, and points out that the team teaching is two or more than two teachers to achieve the teaching goal in voluntary, and on the basis of equality of teachers’team, in the process of teaching, division and cooperation, play feat, the coordinated development, make full use of various teaching resources, to establish teaching plan, develop the teaching activities and teaching evaluation of a kind of organization. Collaborative teaching and cooperation of the main difference teaching is cooperative learning is a general term actually, a multi-layered compound and concept, its basic types includes three kinds:the teachers and students, live cooperative teaching, cooperative teaching, common cooperation teaching. And synergy between teachers and teaching is just a specific form of cooperation. It shows, cooperation teaching is the superior team teaching concept, teaching include cooperation team teaching. And then on the basis of the connotation of teaching mode is discussed. Think collaborative teaching mode is in coordination theory, under the guidance of teachers’team teaching practice in established on the basis of the since, in order to serve the teaching goal of the realization of the activity structure good strategy system.The third part is the integrated curriculum implementation of the necessity of collaborative teaching mode analysis. The first part of the connotation of the integrated curriculum and features are analyzed, and points out that the integrated curriculum is the subject of near each other content is broad scope of subject, become a relatively comprehensive course, its characteristic mainly have comprehensive and the hierarchy, the relative independence, innovation and practice. And on this basis to explore the integrated curriculum implementation of the necessity of collaborative teaching mode: integrated curriculum course characteristics need collaborative teaching; the characteristics of integrated curriculum course need collaborative teaching; and the relatively hysteretic teaching training prompts teachers for collaborative teaching.The fourth part is the collaborative teaching mode in the application of integrated curriculum. This part mainly discusses the team teaching model used in the course of principle and support conditions, and it applies to the coordination of integrated curriculum teaching model how to construct. Collaborative teaching model used in the course should follow the flexibility principle, scientific principle, unity principle, auxiliary principle, etc. Its support conditions are mainly to the training of the teachers, and the collaborative intend attitude, and attention to the daily training. Apply to the coordination of integrated curriculum teaching model construction is first established cooperative teacher group, the team teaching of the implementation of the main types can be divided into class type, same grade type, type, the school year across type, type cross-university five forms. Second is to establish the mechanism of collaborative learning, cooperative learning concept:common vision, the interaction of the integral collocation paper maintains view, and the feeling of the win-win landscape, multiple comprehensive evaluation.
