With the great progress the education project in our country has made, the total of the educational funds enlarges greatly and the scale of every stage expands sharply. The structure of educational investment changes deeply as the scale of educational investment of our country enlarges. Educational expenses sharing mechanism clearly shows that individuals and families should burden more, so the family educational expenses increase fast. At the same time, because of the sustaining rising tuition and the larger and larger difference in earning, the ability of Chinese urban residents family’s educational consumption is related to family’s life quality directly and whether the educatee can accept better and higher education opportunity or not, and the educational justice those have caused makes people’s geater interest.The paper analyzes the educational consumption between different Qingdao urban families synthetically through integrating theory and practice, qualitative analisis and quantitative analysis. Firstly, it gets the dimensional conception and structure of educational consumption, gets the data of different family’s educational consumption by providing questionnaires in four districts and development zone of Qingdao, and then makes detail statistical analysis. Secondly, it analyzes the actuality of Qingdao urban residents family’s educational consumption and the problems have arisen, and then analyzes what have caused those problems. At last, the paper puts forward a series of countermeasures to solve those prolems from three perspectives:government, educational service sector, educational consumer and family.
