| Educational justice is the base of modern education and become the mostimportant question by all the people who want to know education more and more,while educational justice is the base of social justice. Education is not only theimportant power for social development and changing, but also the justice aim thatcan influence the development of society and economy. This article compared theun-justice phenomena between different schools .It try to find out the way toovercome the unfair phenomena and promote the education to develop.
