Whether the curriculum reform success or not is only based on the effective implementation. As a dynamic and complicate phenomena and process, curriculum implementation is gradually bringing more and more concern of people’s. With the lasted promotion of the New Basic Education’s Curriculum Reform in China, in order to know the whole instance of the New Curriculum implementation, and discover problems, adjust the curriculum material and summarize experiences timely, we can’t ignore the research of the New Curriculum implementation in rural schools.Based on the analysis of previous research on curriculum implementation, this dissertation used the CBAM as theory basis, and the researcher makes her point through a typical case study on a rural school in the east of Henan Province by using of multiple methods, such as interview, observation and collecting documents to analyze the degree and the influential factors of the New Curriculum implementation in rural school, thus advances some constructive suggestions for the further implementation in rural area. The paper falls into five parts and they are:PartⅠ is the introduction, which expresses the reasons and meaning of the research, the forming of the issue, literature review,the definition of the core conception and the research design etc. Part Ⅱ concerns the research design, which illustrates the value, the method, the sample, and the considerations of ethics of the research. Part Ⅲconcerns the study of case school teachers’basic conditions on the New Curriculum implementation. Regarding the Concerns-Based Adoption Model as the theoretical foundation (CBAM), using the individual interview to determine "concern stage", the "use level" by the branch interview and the classroom observation of my cooperation teachers in the New Curriculum implementation, using the result to analyze the situation of the New Curriculum implementation in my case school. PartⅣ is analysis of the influential factors which impact the effective implementation of New Curriculum in case school. In case school, the curriculum leading of principals, the teachers’professional structure and subject knowledge, students’quality and motivation, supporting of recourses, the operation and practicability of the material of the New Curriculum and soon will have a very important influence on the New Curriculum implementation.PartVmainly focuses on the strategies and the suggestion. The author puts forward six strategies to promote an efficient implantation of the curriculum reform in rural school. PartⅥ elaborates the suggestion and reflection based on the research.
