| According to the twelfth Five-year Development Plan, transnational corporation and transnational financial institution should be developed gradually. Nowadays, many financial institutions have established International Trade Processing Center to concentrate the international settlement business of all branches to reduce risks, save costs, improve efficiencies and increase incomes. Because of the particularity of financial industry, the ideological and political education to youth employee in the International Trade Processing Center is very important. As International Trade Processing Center is a newborn thing, and also due to the restriction of traditional economic and political system, current ideological and political education in the International Trade Processing Center shows great insufficiency in aspects of education content and education function and education methods. After studying the present state of ideological and political education to youth employee in Banks’International Trade Processing Center, some problems are found, then the causes are analyzed and the solve plans are proposed. The ideological and political education must put forward appropriate adjustment and reform in order to keep up with the internationalization situation. The education contents should be developed with the society, and the education resultant force should be strengthened, the educatees’participational enthusiasm should be enhanced. And also, the education means should be changed from inbreathing method to double direction’s active method and so on. Thus, from some aspects, the Ideological and Political Education theory to be enriched and the theory can be used to instruct the International Trade Processing Center to educate the youth employees more better, helping internationalized personnel training and youth employees’promotion, to some extent to ensure all such kind of institution to get sustainable development. |
