General Education Research International Talent Training

In1829,Professor Packard in the United States Bowdon College linked the university with general education for the first time,so far, the development of the general education has been closed to two centuries,and more and more recognized. Since the1990s, the higher education sector in China started an ambitious culture quality of education projects.As the implementation of the essence of the culture and quality education,the general education has increasingly attracted people’s attention and been enforced,and then some results achieved.Generation education is a combination of the education philosophy and implementation mode of courses,as a philosophy of education,which runs through the whole process of education;as a model of the implementation of the program,closely linking to professional education,it delicates to the cultivation of talent of all‐round development,an accurate sense,a keen insight in the new society.With the rapid development of science and technology and social economy,the society put forward increasingly high demands to talents and also the international talents.General education,as a universal,comprehensive education,is aimed to cultivate people who participate in social life and have a sense of social responsibility.So general education is increasingly becoming an important part in international talents cultivation.The ideological and political education has been accompanied by the growth of education in universities,mainly through the creation of the relevant ideological and political education theory courses and other forms of students to achieve the ideological and political education for university students, which is very important for college men to establish a correct word outlook,and outlook on life and values.In recent years,with the research and implementation on general education in domestic universities, the relationship between general education courses and ideological and political theory courses has become a hot topic in the revolution of ideological and political theory course,and even some misunderstandings appears,not only effect our exploration of general education,also blur the status and role of ideological and political theory courses in universities.,which affects the relationship between general education course and ideological and political theory courses,so we have to make thorough analysis,take ideological and political education as the core to construct general education to combine the two parts,promote and complement each other to promote the development of higher education to achieve the target of training high quality talents.
