Learned helplessness means some kinds of special mentation afterorganism’s negative experiences, it cotains emotional, cognitive andbehavioral performance of mind. this concept is reported by Seligman,when itis brought up, it coursed many researchers’ great interests and extensiveattention,and the theory is widely used in in the education and work fields.this study secondary vocational students choose the acquisition of helplessnessof the most vulnerable as the research object, in view of its academic learnedhelplessness of psychological intervention study.This study of the main research conclusion as follows:1. Group attributional training after intervention, for secondaryvocational students in academic achievement attribution questionnairemeasurement results showed that the after the results in the effort, beforeability obviously improve the dimension scores, attribution is measured stylebefore were obviously improved, more prone to secondary vocational studentsstudy the Learned helplessness,have unstable efforts attribution; Foracademic acquisition questionnaire results show that the measurement ofhelpless before the result is measured by performance on total core and everydimension are obviously reduced. Show that after attributional training,secondary vocational students academic achievement attribution conditionshave improved at the same time its academic learened helplessness isonviously reduced.2. For secondary vocational students academic learend helplessnessquestionnaire measurement results show that in the cognitive, emotion,behavior, and the total score after the attribution result is measured beforeare lower, among them with cognitive and emotional helpless two dimensionreduction effects is the most significant; With the total score of differenthelpless group comparison, showing that the higher level of helpless subjectswere academic learned helplessness in the lower grades after intervention ineffect is obvious.3.This study integration intervention from thought, combined withintervention methods to studies of learend helplessness case study onindividual intervention, through questionnaire survey and the oral display case, after the intervention of the case studies learend helplessness getreduced obviously, and the specific performance in the attribution, cognition,emotion and behavior of the four dimensions results are compared with beforeobviously reduced.
