Academic achievement motivation, in short is to promote the secondaryvocational school students achieve academic success in power. The studyshowed that: the academic achievement motivation of learning through readyin time, attention, strengthen efforts to promote adjustment factors,psychological potential, give full play to the role of cognitive ability, promotevocational school students for academic success. So the training of secondaryvocational school students academic achievement attribution, improve theiracademic achievement motivation level, and ultimately promote the academicachievement of.The study is based on attribution theory of Weiner, extraction of ShangduCounty occupation technical school students as the object of study, learningmotivation scale for middle school students (MSMT), multiple attributecausality scale (MMCS) as a research tool as well as to the teachers, studentsand parents interview, adopted research method the combination of qualitativeand quantitative, using statistical methods of correlation analysis, analysis ofthe secondary vocational school students academic achievement attribution,and carries on the positive attribution training, improve academicachievement motivation level of the vocational school students, but alsoimprove the vocational school students’ academic achievement.Found:1.Secondary vocational school students’ achievement motivation andacademic achievement is related to. Academic achievement motivation highacademic performance in general than academic achievement motivationstudents score higher in low. 2. Secondary vocational school students on academic achievementattribution score from high to low is hard, luck, ability, scene.3.The experimental class students through positive attribution training onacademic achievement, attribution score from high to low is hard, ability, luck,scene. The correct guidance of vocational school students’ academicachievement attribution, attribution training can improve students’achievement motivation, can improve their academic performance. Theacademic achievement motivation is not high due to insufficient ability ofsecondary vocational school students, learning confidence.
