The implementation of school violence is generally dominated by bullying.Bullying refers to aggressive attacks on the deliberate and continuous implementation of vulnerable individuals, while the aggressive behavior is caused by the individual's aggressiveness.According to the frustration-attack theory, frustration directly triggers the individual's aggression. However, with the research of scholars, whether the frustration can successfully induce individual aggression is not only related to the environment, but also related to its own cognition. The attribution method is a kind of individual cognition.Frustration is inevitable in personal life.Due to the imbalance of physical and mental development in the adolescent stage, individual behavioral ideas are easily influenced by external factors. Therefore, when investigating adolescent aggression,we must consider not only the external environmental factors, but also the individual attribution methods. This study creates a setback situation through experimental methods, explores the impact of attribution methods on individual implicit aggression and explicit aggression, and proposes an effective attribution training program to intervene individual aggression according to the research results. This study not only provides empirical evidence for existing theories, but also provides an effective solution to school violence by intervening controllable factors. The research was carried out by using the single-class implicit association test, the Buss-Perry explicit attack scale, the multi-dimensional-multi-directional attribution scale, the self-made frustration situation program, and the self-edited group counseling program.Including two research contents, the research one mainly studies the influence of attribution methods on individual explicit and implicit aggression in frustration situations.Adopt 2(with or without frustration: no frustration situation, frustration situation)*2(attribution method: external attribution, internal attribution)mixed experimental design, dependent variable is explicit aggression and implicit aggression;research 2 verification Attribution training can effectively reduce the aggression of individuals.Based on the frustration-attack theory,Weiner attribution theory, group counseling theory, etc.,the intervention program of self-edited attribution training was studied by using the experimental group design of the experimental group.Findings: Research on setbacks in frustration scenarios shows that after experiencing frustration situations, the positive emotions are significantly decreased, and the negative emotions are significantly increased, suggesting that the setting of the frustration situation is effective. The results of the study showed that the main effect of the frustration situation was significant(p < 0.05),and the interaction between the frustration situation and the attribution method was significant(p < 0.05).The simple effect analysis found that the internal attributions showed explicit aggression significant changes in the setback situation(p < 0.001),and the external attributions showed no significant changes in the explicit aggression situation under the frustration situation, but the value of the internal attributional explicit aggression was still lower than the external attributional. In the frustration situation, the individual's implicit aggression is higher than the non-frustration situation, and the external attribution has significant change in implicit aggression in the frustration situation(p < 0.001);the internal attribution's implicit aggressive change in the frustration situation is not significant. The results of Study 2 show that attribution training is effective, and the attribution method of individuals has changed significantly. The implicit aggression in the experimental group1 has decreased significantly, while the explicit aggression in the experimental group2 has not changed.Frustration situations can affect an individual's implicit aggression and explicit aggression. In the frustration situation, the explicit aggression of internal attribution is more stimulating, and the explicit aggression of implicit aggression will not change significantly, but the external attribution is always more aggressive than the internal attribution.the implicit aggression of the external attribution is more likely to be triggered in the setback situation, while the implicit aggression of the internal attribution does not change significantly in the setback situation;attribution training can effectively reduce the individual's Implicit aggression, but has no significant effect on the individual's explicit aggression, thus verifying that implicit aggression and explicit aggression are separate, both of which are consistent with the GAM model, which is affected by frustration and attribution.
