Objectivei:Investigating the influence of attribution training for higher vocational students’job-choosing view,to provide effective help for graduates’employment in higher vocational colleges.Methods:The pretest-posttest control group design. Firstly,designing job-choosing-view questionnaire for the higher vocational students on the basis of existing researches, then test the students after testing reliability and validity.Secondly,test the Attribution style of students,and find out students of positive attribution style and negative attribution style,then observing if there is a difference by testing.Thirdly,pick out the negative attribution style of students and divide into the experimental group and control group for attribution style training.Carrying out attribution training for the experimental students,but not for the control group students,besides two groups of students both have normal career planning guidance. Finally,test the changes of two groups of students,to watch if it has influence on students job-choosing view. The results show that:(1) The self-made questionnaire of higher vocational students has good reliability and validity;(2) There is significant differences between the students of the negative attribution style and the positive attribution style.(3) Attribution training significantly improves the job-choosing view for students of the negative attribution style,especially the understanding of employment prospects and choosing,choosing motivation,and careers values.It shows that attribution training gives a lot of help to improve higher vocational students’job-choosing view.
