Launching reasearch on educational thoughts of middle and primary schools is thedemands of educational practice, but also the needs of constructing the educationalthought and theory. However, the current status of the primary and middle schooleducation thoughts was less than satisfactory. Not only goes against the level ofdevelopment of basic education practice, it is also difficult to meet the developmentdemand of educational thoughts of middle and primary schools.This study constructedthe basic categories of educational thoughts based on the raising of the questions, andusing this category system made an in-depth and scientific research of “excellent”education thoughts of principal Gao Chen.Chapter1, first of all, this article expatiated the necessity and urgency of educationalthoughts of middle and primary schools from three aspects, the appeals of theeducational practice, the demands of constructing theoretical and the research-basedthinking. Second, it explained the purpose and content of the research on educationalthoughts of principals in middle and primary schools, and summarized therelevant literature from two dimensions of “educational thought” and “PrincipalEducational Thought”, and then put forward theoretical and practical value of thestudy on educational thoughts of principals in middle and primary schools. Finally, itexplained the research methods used in this study from two aspects, gathering dataand analysing data.Chapter2, this study made a full range of scientific and rational discussion about theresearch methodology of educational thought. Firstly, clarifying the content, structureand category between Educational Thoughts and the Principal Educational Phoughts.Secondly, it constructed the basic categories of principal educational thoughts, andbased on the “history and logic” angle of view, demonstrated the constructedbackground category, process category, content category and value category. Thirdly,made an ample explanation for the choice of “excellent” education thoughts of principal Gao Chen in Northeast Yucai Education Group.Chapter3, based on the content of background category, this paper made an furtheranalysis about the “excellent” educational thoughts from four aspects of historicalbackground, regional background, post background and knowledge background.Chapter4, based on the contents of the process category, gave a detailed analysis ofthe formation process about the “excellent” educational thoughts, and expounded thestandard and basis of the formation stage of the “excellent” educational thoughts.Chapter5, based on the content category refined the systematic content of “excellent”educational thoughts. The “excellent” educational thoughts can be divided into twodimensions of “excellent educational philosophy” and “excellent training mode”.Chapter6, based on the value category, analysed the value of “excellent” educationalthoughts. Firstly, made clear that the lack of educational thoughts of principals lead tothe predicaments of China’s primary and secondary schools. Secondly, put forward theways and means for the governance predicament.
