With China’s2004Ministry of Education promulgated the "TeacherEducational Technology Competency Standards (Trial)", the education sector, asthe technical capacity of primary and secondary teacher education training, inthis context, training transfer has also become hot topic of concern. Educationtechnical skills training is a special training, it is related to the professionalismof teachers and teachers’ professional development, so study the ability ofeducational technology training migration is very necessary.The purpose of this thesis is an in-depth understanding of self-efficacy ofteachers and of educational technology training transfer. This special group ofteachers of technical skills training transfer status and teachers self-efficacysurvey analysis, and on this basis summarized the effects of teacher self-efficacytraining of primary and secondary teacher education technical capacity transfer.This study consists of six parts, the first part is an introduction, mainly onthe background of the research questions, literature summary of purpose,meaning, ideas and methods of research. The second part is the theoretical basisfor part of the detailed, self-efficacy, inquiry learning, training transfer theoryhas laid a solid foundation for the research carried out. The third part of theassumptions and procedures section on the assumptions of the study, the maincontent of the study and related to the research tools. Questionnaire for part ofthe fourth part of the primary and secondary teacher education technical skillstraining transfer, mainly refer to primary and secondary school teachers ineducational technology competency standards, the technical capacity of primaryand secondary school teachers education training programs, and "high school"research study "Shi guide and some teachers do in-depth interviews,questionnaire questions on this basis. SPSS17.0a series of analyzes to test thereliability and validity of the questionnaire Analysis section of Part V of thefindings of self-efficacy and training transfer, using the descriptive analysis, themain effect analysis, correlation and regression analysis and other analysis methods of inspection and demographic variables, self-efficacy and trainingbetween the transfer behavior of the relationship. Finally, the research work issummarized to identify research deficiencies and follow-up outlook.In this paper, the significance lies in the of teacher education technicalskills training, making teacher education capacity development theory, teachers’professional development theory and teacher training transfer theory enrich therich. Teachers to understand the relationship between teacher self-efficacy andcapacity training of teachers in educational technology transfer, in order to agreater extent to improve teachers ’self-efficacy, thus contributing to the transferof Education and technical skills training, and ultimately improve teachers’teaching ability and teaching effectiveness.
