The coming of the information society is not only a challenge to modern education but also an opportunity to it at the same time.Nowadays,educational technology has become a key factor in the reform and informationization of education,and only if modern informationized technology be involved in teaching,the learning ability and comprehensive quality of students will be improved.Whereas,the first step to achieve this goal is that,teachers must master the technology and apply it in their teaching practice.Therefore,the improvement of teachers educational technology has become the focus of countries all over the whole world.The National Platform for Medium and Long Term Educational Reform and Development Plan,2010-2020 put forward that “After training,the surplus primary and secondary teachers can be transferred to the pre-school education”.To solve the shortage of teachers resulting from the rebuilding and expansion of kindergarten,a great number of primary and secondary teachers,especially primary teachers,have transferred and are transferring to kindergarten.And these job-transfer teachers,according to the 35 regulations in professional knowledge in Kindergarten Teachers' Professional Standards(tentative standard),should be in command of some modern inoformationizad technology.The survey shows,however,those job-transfer teachers in rural kindergartens could not do well in this area.This phenomenon is related with local developing condition,managerial system of the kindergarten,and the ability and attitude of these teachers self.Therefore,only changing these three aspects can improve the condition effectively.This project is based on a great sum of reading.The author makes clear of the attitude of teachers to the educational technology,their mastery of the technology,and their application in practice through questionnaires that are distributed to teachers of rural kindergarten in Hebei Province who participated in National training programs for kindergarten teachers,and observation and interview upon some of them.Then this article gives some prospective targeted resolutions and tries to apply these resolutions in some kindergarten s and the teaching process of a part of teachers to verify their scientificalness and validity.There are 5 chapters in this thesis.The first chapter is introduction.In this part,the background of the research,the research origin,purpose,significance,methods,and some related concepts are introduced.The second chapter focuses on the status quo of application of educational technology on the part of the job-transfer teachers in rural kindergartens.The author will make clear of this question through questionnaires and interviews.Before specialized research result,the object of study must be introduced first,including their sexes,ages,majors in college,and so on.Then,the analysis of data from surveys and their answers in the interview(the course of analysis will be completed through SPSS16.)will be showed out.At last,some discussion is made based on these analysis.In the third chapter,the author provides some suggestions in order to make the condition of application in educational technology better.The reason the factors which result in the state are complicated,the resolutions offered here are related with social level,kindergarten manage level and individual level of the teachers.The mission of the fourth chapter is to verify the resolution put forward in the third chapter in practice.After preliminary examination,remote tracking,and field observation,the conclusion is made that teachers' applied application in informationized technology has improved.That means the resolutions put forward in the last chapter is scientific and practical.The fifth chapter is the conclusion of the research.After the sophisticated investigation,we are able to see the problems existing in the educational technology application in rural kindergarten clearly.These must be solved only through social,kindergarten management and individual level methods.In this part,the author stresses the innovation point of the research.After behaving this way,the self-examination of the research is necessary,for the reason that there are both objective and subjective factors that influence the process of the project negatively.Finally,since this research is not perfect,there should be some improvements in many related perspectives.
