In1990, Amercal Hormus Team brought forward a famous educationreform report in which an important comment is that a most perfect schoolmust have the functions to help all teachers develop and improve theirprofessional knowledge and growth, and called this school “SpecialDevelopment School”. But at the present time, a lot of schools just payattention to the students’ development and ignore the teachers’development, the demands from the teachers’ self-realization are hardlysatisfied, therefore it results in the wishes of the teachers’ professionaldevelopment not strong, even some teachers have appeared theoccupation ennui, and also make the efficiency of the entire school lower.The professor, Mr. Sun Miantao, thought the efficiency of a schoolmeans this school reasonably utilizes the education resources to realizethe education target and continuously meet the demands from the variousaspects within the system, and thus make the school and its members aswell as the society obtain a corresponding development and active effects.As making an efficiency evaluation to a school, the personnel’s diathesisdevelopment of this school covers a most weight. The teachers are thepedagogues having great influences to the students, and their efficiencylevels “high or low” are directly related to the students’ efficiencies, andthus related to the efficiency of school, in other word, if without theteachers’ diathesis development, the activities and development of theschool will have no way to talk.This article mainly focuses on the policy study about the elementaryschool teachers’ occupational career planning by using the methods ofliterature study, questionnaire investigation and case study, etc. In thisarticle, using the literature study method to know of the domestic andinternational study situations about the teachers’ occupational career planning, clean up the obtained results and shortages in the elementaryschool teachers’ occupational career planning, and thus set up the heartcomments of this article; and then, discuss and study the contents ofelementary school teachers’ occupational career planning to define thevalue and action of elementary school teachers’ occupational careerplanning; carry out a current invest igation to the elementary schoolteachers’ occupational career planning to analyze and find out the factorsinfluencing the elementary school teachers’ occupational career planningand actively to seek an appropriate policy; combine with the famousteachers’ growth cases analysis to hunt after the necessary relationshipbetween the teachers’ occupational career planning and the excellentteachers’ growth, and look after the methods and ways realizing theteachers’ specialization development from the view of occupationalplanning to push the elementary school teachers’ professionaldevelopment, overcome their occupational ennui, and enhance theiroccupational eudemonia consciousness; and finally, further discuss themanagement problems on the elementary school teachers’ occupationcareer planning, clarify the relationship between the teachers’occupational career planning and the school, and make efforts to seekafter the preparation, performance and management methods of theelementary school teachers’ occupation career planning.The elementary school teachers, as the professional persons, are themost important labor resources of school, so it is an essential measure forrealizing the double-win between their individual development and theschool development to make a better plan to their occupational career. It isnot only the demands from the times and education development, but alsothe demands from the individual professional development andself-realization of the elementary school teachers. As a educationadministrative person, it is to highlight the comments concerning to theteachers’ occupational career planning, overcome all negative factors,actively arouse their occupational career consciousness, promote theirprofessional development, and help the elementary school teachers work out their occupational career to realize the harmonious and uniform amongthe teachers, students and the school, improve the efficiency of school,and built up a most perfect “Special Development School”.
