The Research On Present Situation,problem And Countermeasure Of Primary School Teachers' Career Development

Primary school teachers are the important force of the teacher group responsible for basic education.The career development of primary school teachers plays an important role in the development of education foundation in our country.At present,the career development of elementary school teachers in China is conditioned by various factors.A teacher's career is the whole process of a person's career as a teacher.Teacher's career refers to a person as a teacher in the whole process of teachers' profession.The study of elementary school teachers' career development aims to promote the development of primary school teachers,awaken the consciousness of primary school teachers' career development,to provide effective way and theoretical basis for primary school teachers' career development.At the same time it can provide suggestions for school to manage teachers,to provide theoretical reference when the state and relevant departments formulate the policy of teachers.The thesis randomly surveyed five elementary schools in five cities in Henan province,for the study of 384 teachers on the school teachers' career development through questionnaire survey,interviews and textual analysis.The paper shows the real elementary school teachers' career development in five cities in Henan province,mainly involving working time,knowledge base,teaching skills,teaching behavior and professional expectations these five aspects.And summarized for the existing problems,finding that the problems existing in the primary school teachers' career development mainly include,primary school teachers' career developmentsatisfaction is low,a variety of factors restrict the primary school teachers' career development and primary school teachers lack of career development consciousness and practice.Elementary school teachers' sex,nature of the personnel,the reason of choosing teacher job,teachers' professional development knowledge and proficiency in classroom management,fit for education teaching work or not,career planning knowledge,doing career planning or not,think it necessaryto do career planning or not and teaching responsibility these ten factors affect elementary school teachers' career development satisfaction.Working environment,salary level,and individual ability restrict the career development of primary school teachers.Primary schools lack the requirements and guidance for career planning,primary school teachers lack the effective time to make career plans and there is no need to plan for a career cause primary school teachers to lack career planning awareness and practice.According to the problems,the main strategies proposed by the study included improve satisfaction with primary school teachers' professional development,to promote primary school teachers' career development from different aspects,and to enhance primary school teachers' career planning consciousness and practice ability.By means of adjust personality types according to the vocational level,strengthening teachers' expertise in developing knowledge reserves,improving teaching skills,strengthen the sense of responsibility in teaching and improve the system of personnel management for teachers to improve the degree of satisfaction of primary school teachers' career development.Improving the working environment of primary school teachers,improving the salaries of teachers in primary schools,and strengthen the individual ability of primary school teachers to promote the career development of primary school teachers.To popularize the theory of career development of teachers and formulate scientific and detailed career plans to enhance the awareness and practical ability of teachers' career planning in primary school.
