| China architectural education is towarding the international advanced architectural academic. Many western countries have done much research on Design/Build. However, educationists in China do not clearly understand the concept of Design/Build. Sequentially, so-called Design/Build is being carried out in many universities.This dissertation focuses on the definition of Design/Build (real material&real size) through the discussion on the meaning of Design/Build.The dissertation discusses the feasibility of Design/Build in China while tectonic study and Design/Build in NJU are being regard as case on the standard of "real material" and "real size". Base on the study of tectonic and Design/Build in NJU for many years, the dissertation emphasizes on NJU110anniversaries-2012China Students Construction Festival (origin, carrying out, effect).
