| After the Ministry of Education promulgated the Ordinary High School Chemistry Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition,hereinafter referred to as the new curriculum standard),the People’s Education Press published a new edition of Ordinary High School Textbook Chemistry(hereinafter referred to as the new textbook)in 2019.By comparing the new and old curriculum standards and textbooks,it is found that the content of elemental compounds in the new curriculum standards and textbooks emphasizes deepening the understanding of the transformation relationship between substances in the real situation,which is also an effective way to develop the core literacy of high school students in chemistry.However,the existing teaching design often confuses a certain situation set before the introduction of knowledge points with the situation that runs through the whole teaching process and where knowledge exists,develops and applies.The purpose of this study is to create a real and holistic teaching situation so that high school students can explore,discover,learn and apply the knowledge related to the transformation of elemental compounds,and learn to analyze and solve problems from a chemical perspective.This thesis investigated the current situation of high school front-line teachers knowledge teaching of element-compound transformation by creating real situations.Through the questionnaire survey of some chemistry teachers in Yueyang City,Hunan Province,it is found that first-line teachers generally recognize the importance of learning the transformation relationship of elements and compounds in real situations,but the difficulty of creating situations hinders the teaching application.In this thesis,the teaching materials are excavated,and the real situation containing the material transformation relationship is selected.Two teaching cases of“sulfur and its compounds”and“aluminum and its compounds”are designed respectively.The teaching case of sulfur and its compounds allows students to explore the generation of blue fire,think about the source and protection of irritant odors,determine the p H value of volcanic lakes,and establish the transformation path between S,H2S,SO2,SO3,H2SO3 and H2SO4 by creating the real situation of blue fire volcano.The teaching case of aluminum and its compounds leads students to explore the chemical principles behind the collapse of the American World Trade Center.In this real situation,students independently explore the mutual transformation between Al,Al(OH)3,Al2O3 through data cards.Among them,the teaching case of“sulfur and its compounds”was carried out in the 15 th middle school of Yueyang City,Hunan Province.The analysis of chapter test results shows that the teaching of element-compound transformation relationship in real situations has promoted the learning effect of high school students.This study shows that it is meaningful,feasible and effective to apply the real situation containing the material transformation relationship to the teaching of elemental compounds in high school.The two teaching cases of“sulfur and its compounds”and“aluminum and its compounds”designed in this thesis provide a reference for the teaching practice of front-line teachers in high schools,and also provide practical research materials for the teaching and research of material transformation in real situations. |
