Due to the coming curriculum reform in Guang Xi, this paper focuses its study on the teacher’teaching and students learning attitudes towards three-dimensional geometry taught in Space vector way, which is of great significance。Space vector differs from other mathematic knowledge, playing double roles in modern math teaching, thus we need to take full advantage of it to promote the teaching efficiency of three-dimensional geometry。This paper carries out some researches based on the students of Du An High School so as to discover the influence of space vector on modern teaching。Also the research aims to find out the evidence to prove that space vector and three-dimensional geometry can be combined and related effectively。This paper mainly adopts the following research methods:documentary method; interviewing method experimentation。Two classes are chosen from Du An High School in the research, one acting as an experimental object and the other comparative。Whether the students show obvious tendency in the application between the vector method and geometric method?What policies should be adopted in the teaching three-dimensional geometry when using Space vector?The vector teaching introduction should lower the requirement of logic reason ability of the students and emphasize on the validity and practicability so as to lighten the their learning burden。Whether students show tendencies varied by their learning levels and gender?The data analyzed by SPSS comes to the following results:The result of the Lenene’s Test for Equality of Variances is F=8.386, p=0.04<0.05; The finding of the t-test for Equality of Means reaches p=sig.=0.000<0.01. The findings show that the experimental class performs better than the comparative class. The results also demonstrate that a combination of the vector method and geometric method in the course of teaching can bring out a more efficient result. All these findings are in accordance with the experimental hypothesis:The application of the vector method and geometric method in the course of teaching promotes the students’test results.In the end of this paper, the author proposes two teaching suggestions。First, the teaching of three-dimensional geometry using space vector method is feasible in our teaching。Second traditional teaching methods should not be over-looked in the teaching of three-dimensional geometry。...
