Middle school students are the future of our motherland and hope, Middle School of talent educationrelated to the success or failure of the Socialist cause. This to Marx doctrine science oftalent views, people of full development theory and in China of middle school students quality educationtheory for guide, using Marx doctrine of dialectical materialism and historical materialism of fundamentalsand methodology, on in China Middle school students of success education for in-depth of discussion andresearch, hope this can for in China current of middle school success education practice work and furtherpromote middle school success education development, construction system of theory framework, while,also hope by this of discussion, Aroused on talent education in middle school to give a high degree ofattention.This from analysis "success" and "education" two area start, made success education of meaning:education who in must of social environment conditions Xia, pursuant to social production life of needs, bysystem of specifically education, take a species way, and method and countermeasures measures, promoteby education who of growth, makes by education who formed has good moral personality and has mustprofessional skills, and to engaged in creative labor talent of process. Then, the article further analyzed thespecific content of talent education in middle school and high school of talent education in secondaryschool education. Key analysis of the second part of the article had major problems in current talenteducation in middle school: first of all, is a distortion of the concept of education, followed by method approach to talent education single, lack of targeting, the third is the problem of students ’ own.
