Research On Talent-oriented Education For University Students In The New Media Environment

With the rapid development of information technology,new media has become more and more widely used.Internet,cellphone and other new media have been the most common new media tools to modern university students.While bringing more development opportunities for talent-oriented education of university students,the new media has also posed severe challenges.Under new circumstances,it has become an important subject for talent cultivation in colleges and universities in the new period to strengthen the research on the influence of new media on talent-oriented education for university students.On the basis of using the method of literature,this paper defines the concept of new media and college students' talent education,and clarifies the new media and the university students through the research methods of psychology,management,pedagogy and sociology.The theoretical basis of education,and provide theoretical guidance for the study.Using the social survey method,analysis of research data,obtained the new media on the dual impact of college students education conclusions:On one hand,the new media,due to its abundant resources,its capacity to achieve unlimited communication and so on,has facilitated the life and study of university students,and has provided the technical medium for colleges and universities to carry out the talent-oriented education.On the other hand,the new media has also had some impact on education in colleges and universities due to the negative influence of the numerous and jumbled information on the study,thought and mind&body of university students.Accordingly,based on the relationship between new media and the talent education of college students as the starting point,and the double impact of new media on college students education and the reasons are discussed in detail,that the new media for the growth of college students and college students the double-edged sword effect,new media development,the new media of the construction and management of university the status quo and social supervision status have important relationship.Furthermore,this paper puts forward the Countermeasures of College Students' growth and success as the goal,the government led,the university educators and managers as the main body,and the active participation of College students.First of all,to strengthen the new media environment under the college students to educate the main body of education,strengthen the management of college teams,training students awareness.Secondly,strengthen the construction of college students' educational content in the new media environment,and enhance the pertinence of ideological and political education and mental health education.Third,to strengthen the new media environment under the construction of college students education positions,the establishment of teacher and student exchange platform,optimize the network,mobile new media management.Finally,to strengthen the new media environment for college students to develop education environment,purify the campus network environment,optimize the student social environment.In general,the innovation of this paper is based on the multi-dimensional comprehensive and empirical investigation method,from the perspective of the relationship between the new media and the education of college students,that is,the new media is the important medium of college students',at the same time,under the influence of new media on the influence of new media on college students' education,the author puts forward four measures to promote the education of college students in the new media environment,namely,the main construction,the content construction,the position construction and Environmental construction,and enhance the relevance and effectiveness of college students' education in the new media environment.
