The specialty of applied undergraduate preschool education is a new form in the transformation of higher education in our country.It has developed a set of advanced ideas,scientific contents and reasonable structure.The adaptable talent training scheme is the first problem to be solved in its professional construction.This research uses the literature research method,the investigation method,the text analysis method,the case study,explored the applied undergraduate education specialized talented person training plan basic theory,including the talented person training goal,the talented person training specification,the curriculum structure and practical link,the paper designs the training scheme about Z campus of N University.The results are as follows Conclusion:Firstly,The training goal of applied undergraduate education should be based on the policies and regulations of education and higher education,the relevant policies and regulations of preschool education,and the basic concepts of applied undergraduate education.On the basis of this,the training goal of"compound" applied talents of pre-school education major in Z campus of N University is established.Secondly,The talent training specifications of applied undergraduate education specialty are based on policy,theory and reality,and meet the general requirements of higher education,and give consideration to the characteristics of applied undergraduate education,as well as to meet the general requirements of higher education.To meet the general requirements of kindergarten teachers and broaden the scope of employment principles,the specific specifications from the professional concept and ethics,professional knowledge,professional ability three aspects,According to this,the talent training specification of Z campus of N University includes knowledge(cultural basic knowledge,core knowledge,ability(basic ability,core competence),quality(political element).Quality body and mind quality professional quality humanities quality)three aspects.Thirdly,The arrangement of curriculum structure of applied undergraduate education specialty is mainly based on the curriculum concept and structure of applied undergraduate education,the curriculum regulation of preschool teachers,the curriculum structure of preschool education specialty and the perspective of problems.Following the principles of practice,integration,association and organization of courses,ensuring that the general courses account for 35%of the credits,the proportion of credits in basic courses is streamlined,the proportion of professional skills and practice is prominent.Professional theory courses account for a considerable proportion,professional elective courses as an extension.According to this,the proportion of curriculum structure in Z campus of N University is as follows:general courses 38.1%,basic courses 3.1?.Professional skills and practice course 30.6,professional theory lesson 20,professional optional courses 7.5.Fourly,The practical teaching links should adhere to the principles of unity,whole process and systematicness respectively to arrange the scattered apprenticeship,the centralized practice,the students' independent practice and the professional experiment.Therefore,the practical links in Z campus of N University are arranged from 1 to 6 semesters,the seventh semester is educational practice,and the experiment of teaching methods in five major fields is arranged in 5 to 6 semesters.Finally,according to the above theoretical system,this study has drawn up the program of cultivating applied undergraduate preschool education talents in Z campus of N University,which is being implemented at present.
