The modern core parts training is the most universal and effective training method in the moderncompetitive sports training,it can improve athletes’ ability of controlling balance significantly,reducing physical output and probability of failure, preventing sport injury and accelerating recoveryprocess. It also helps athletes perform stably in competition and gain ideal results.At present, although the modern core parts training are applied in martial arts and free combats.the training methods still have its weaknesses in practice. Therefore, the content and means of martialarts and free combats need to be improved and updated.This research is based on Documentation Method, Expert Interview Method, Field ObservationMethod, Mathematical Statistics Method, Logical Analysis Method, Comparison and so on, in linewith the technical movement characteristics of our martial arts and free combats program, and basedon the quantization process of the core parts training methods of the martial arts and free combats.This research analyses the defects of the core parts training methods of the martial arts and freecombats, it also complements the core parts training methods of the martial arts and free combatstheoretically, found some training methods which fits our athletes, this research contains boththeoretical and practical significance.The results:1.The core parts of the athletes are the waist and abdomen,hip and the whole trunk. Applyingthe modern core parts training in a reasonable way is an important acess to improve athletes’competition ability and has certain significance to promote athletes’ the technical movement morespecial.2.The core parts training practise of athletes must be based on the competition characteristicsand athletes’ own technical features. In another word, We should carry on the core parts trainingaccording to the time, place and athletes’ features.3.The athletes corepants training must stick to the principle of combining traditional trainingmethod and modern core parts training. 4.According to the different technical moves swimmer, We should keep reminding players toadjust body position and execute actions standard strictly. At the same time, We should pay attentionto keeping athletes’ in good mood, and continuously enhance, the athletes’ mental adaptability.5.This study is aimed at providing certain theoretical basis for updating the ideas and improvingthe methods of china wushu sanda sports training, But specific practice needs to be further tested andevaluated.
