With the development of the economy and progress of social civilization,special education has been more attentioned by people.The principal of specialeducation school and theirs’ leadership impact the development of specialeducation schools.The education philosophy of special education,the way ofteaching and the equipment of teaching are different from the general education,the principal of special education school’s education philosophy,education idea,leadership abilities and management capacities direct reflects the qualities ofspecial education school,and the growth of children who has special needs,alsodirect the survival and development of special education school,direct theimplement of education policy.The specificity of the special education influencesevery aspect od the school management.So it calls higher requirement on themanagement of the special school.Recently, in Guang xi the career of the specialeducation is in the ascendant,the educational environment which is full ofchallenge and opportunity needs the president of the special school to express theirleadership.The thesis considers the development of the leadership in special school as thekey point,uses the comprehensive and sustainable development of human theory,leadership theory,people-oriented management theory to analyse the situation ofthe development of the president’s leadership in special school in Guangxi.Thethesis also raises the problems as well as analyses the factors which influence theseproblems.Finally,the thesis uses the related knowledge to propose some strategiesto develop the president’s leadership in special school.
