Special education is an important part of education system in our country,it embodies the care and attention to the special education object,and is also an important means to improve the special education object knowledge accomplishment and comprehensive quality.The headmaster of the special education school is the core of the management school.Because there are many special problems in special education,such as the special object of education,the complex management of teachers,the difficult development of schools,and so on.The leadership style of the special education school affects the level of teachers' job satisfaction,which affects the efficiency of the whole school.In practical work,how to meet the teachers' job satisfaction,mobilize the enthusiasm of all the teachers,so that each individual can play the greatest potential,is the special education school principal every one should consider the problem.Based on the study of teachers and principals in special education schools in Jilin,this paper uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and comparative study.Based on the data statistics and literature analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The job satisfaction of teachers in ten special education schools in Jilin is at a general level,and the satisfaction degree of the working atmosphere,work intensity and work treatment is lower.2,teachers think the principal leadership is more likely to be concerned about the task dimension.For the specific task management leadership accounted for 45%,a middle course management leadership accounted for 25%,country club management leadership team management and leadership type accounted for 18%,accounted for 12%.3,the principal's leadership style and teachers' job satisfaction are positively correlated,and the correlation is significant.Positively related to caring leadership and working environment,working conditions,was negatively correlated with work intensity;positively related to task oriented leadership and care work intensity and working conditions,is negatively correlated with working atmosphere.According to the conclusion,the following suggestions are put forward:1,special education schools should further improve teachers' working environment,working conditions and working intensity.2,change the special school principals' leadership style,strengthen the concern for human dimension.Humanization of leadership style,3 outstanding special school principals,enhance teachers' job satisfaction.
