With the development of the economy and the service industry, the white collar that mainly engaged in mental labor has draw more and more attention in the city. As a kind of important work stress source, role stress not only bring serious damage to the physical and mental health of the individual, but also have important influence for the individual work attitude. As a kind of important work attitude, job satisfaction is an accurate prediction of the actions of workers, thus has draw long attention by researchers, but the psychology bearing capacity has not got the enough attention.Through the investigations of role stress, psychology bearing capacity and job satisfaction, this research analyzes the interrelationship of the three variables, and the moderator effect of psychology bearing capacity in the relation between role stress and job satisfactionFirstly, based on the review of research achievement, this thesis proposes a theoretical framework about role stress, psychology bearing capacity and job satisfaction, and a series of theoretical suppositions. Then, reference the conception theory at home and abroad about psychology bearing capacity and take example by the domestic and foreign existing relevant psychological questionnaire, the questionnaire used in this research is compiles. At last, obtain the research data through questionnaires, analyze the data statistically by SPSS13.0and Amos7.0, examine the theoretical suppositions, and revise the theoretical framework. The primary conclusions of this research are presented as follows:(1) under the background of Chinese, white collar workers psychological endurance contains four dimensions, this is, cognition, emotion, the will and the social support.(2) Each dimension of role stress of has significant negative correlation with each dimensions of job satisfaction.(3) Overall, psychology bearing capacity plays as a moderator role partly between role stress and job satisfaction.
