Financial staff in primary and secondary schools in the school is a special group of teachers.In the work,usually a number of roles plagued the financial staff,they are not only financial workers,or front-line teachers,or as the class teacher,So they not only need to have financial expertise,but also the level of teaching front-line teachers,While also facing the role of working families and other conversion,school financial staff workload is too heavy,these factors will to some extent to the primary and secondary financial staff pressure.Primary and secondary financial officers are usually in different jobs on the conversion,In the work they often do not know what to do,the role of pressure will usually affect the financial staffs job satisfaction.And job satisfaction will directly determine the level of financial staffs work attitude and behavior,determine the effectiveness of school operations and performance management,Research shows that,in order to better staff to work and achieve better results,we must find ways to improve job satisfaction.At the same time,high job satisfaction,low turnover tendency,higher attendance,this way,the normal work of the organization has a positive role in forecasting.In this study,we used the questionnaire survey method to study the relationship between the role pressure and the job satisfaction variables in the financial personnel of Jianghan District,Jiang'an District,Hongshan District and Dongxihu District of Wuhan.Using the independent t test,one-way ANOVA,correlation analysis and other methods,the following conclusions:1.There are significant differences in the demographic variables between financial pressure and job satisfaction in primary and secondary schools.2.There is a negative correlation between financial pressure and job satisfaction in primary and middle schools,and job satisfaction is low.In order to improve the financial staffs job satisfaction,the school management personnel to develop detailed duties and permissions,Organize a variety of seminars,improve the incentive mechanism for financial personnel,and guide financial staff to improve the work of co-ordination,So that financial staff have more access to work,stimulate enthusiasm,improve work efficiency.
