Globalization has become a kind of social forms in the current world, and it will be theimportant survival circumstances of humanity in the21st century. Education exists in the society,not from its influence, and therefore globalization of education also becomes the importanteducation phenomenon that is happening. Although people have different attitudes forglobalization of education at present, but it’s really has a positive meaning: because it can meetthe desire and pursuit of advanced knowledge of individual in the increasingly competitivesociety, but also meet the needs of countries’ living environment and development in the world,That is to say, globalization of education realized meet the individual and national double needvalue form. Therefore, governments are taking corresponding education reform measures to copewith the demand of education for the people under the background of globalization; of course,China’s education is not exception.This article begins with the background of the choose;significance; domestic and foreignrelevant to research literature summarizes;globalization;globalization of education;schooleducation; school education value of the core concepts and methods, first serious combed theresearch summarizes of globalization of education, including the historical development ofglobalization of education; main forms and features of dynamic mechanism, etc. Then arereviewed and reflection of the previous school education value, and find out the type and theinsufficient of school education value research. Then analysis of the current situation of incontemporary school education development under the background of globalization, and reachedthe following conclusion: our education, especially the school education, appears a degree ofdistortion of the situation by the influence of some characteristics of globalization, the specificperformance of the first, although quality education has implementation, but by someutilitarianism thought of erosion, exam-oriented education is still dominant. Second, theglobalization of education’s economic tendencies characteristics make mercerization andindustrialization development of education obviously, that our school education training talentsexist “the trend”, the school education in the training of the talents and social demand disjointedand imbalance. The third is the science education idea that make school education with seriousscience and technology of the first, and based on this, the school education system is extremelylack of human characteristics of flexibility. The next to analysis the many of school’s educationcurrent characters appear by the globalization of education with the economic orientation;technology orientation; social value orientation and the new freedom of the theoretical of thetrend, find out the basic place. Finally, according to the current of school education, we showed adeep and natured reflection on the school education value, and at the end of the article, putforward my bold attempt to school education value’s explore combined with the schooleducation itself; the characteristics of the times and the problem of human nature.
