At present, from the west to the east, many countries are actively implementing education reform, committing to improve educational efficacy and developing creatively genius. In-depth studying middle school ideological and political education efficacy problems can contribute to the enrichment and development of the theory of middle school ideological and political education, the education resources can be effectively integrated to improve efficiency. It can also create productivity, contributed to the middle school students self-realization and self-development, and ultimately to promote the harmony of the social and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This article mainly uses the methods of logical and historical unity, general and individual unified approach, systems analysis methods, action research method. From the history to the development of the concept of efficacy, from theory to reality, by asking the middle school students questionnaires, tracking exchange, etc., this artical conducts a comprehensive study on the current middle school ideological and political education efficacy.From economics, management science, to the ideological and political education, the connotation of the term "efficacy" has been constantly enriched and extended. In this article,I believe that the efficacy of ideological and political education in middle schools is:the ideological and political education teachers use education resources to achieve a certain degree of ideological and political education costs for inputs, be able to reach the degree of middle school ideological and political education goals, enable middle school students in all aspects of the ideological and political education to achieve results, the degree of efficiency. Efficiency elements of the ideological and political education in middle schools is the conditions and means.The starting point of the ideological and political education, the process of ideological and political education, the results of the ideological and political education are three stages of the development of middle school ideological and political education efficacy, while three parts and contains six different efficacy development model:the target model; efficacy concept model; input-output mode; process model; satisfaction model; ineffective mode.The core concept of the "efficacy" is the logical starting point. From six aspects of the target, concepts, cost, process, environmental, reverse thinking, this article reflects the current middle school ideological and political education by multi-angle, multi-level, reveals the law of the middle school ideological and political education efficacy and find out the reasons why the the efficacy of ideological and political education in middle schools are low. The article maintain, to improve the efficacy of ideological and political education in middle schools must achieve "six unification":middle school ideological and political goals of education and middle school students real-life unity; the efficacy view of ideological and political education in middle schools and the students’ personality development unity; ideological and political education in middle schools investment cost and the actual effects unity; harmonious atmosphere of humane care and the process of ideological and political education unity; family education, social education and school ideological and political education unity; era of high-quality education and middle school students growing unity.
