Under the background of new curriculum reform,based on the subject characteristics of high school politics closely related to life times,high school politics teachers face greater challenges in education and teaching.It is necessary to study the efficacy of high school politics teachers and pay attention to their subjectivity,which is an important measure to timely and appropriately stimulate the teaching motivation of high school politics teachers and effectively improve the quality of education and teaching.This study is divided into five parts.The first part puts forward the question,expounds the research status,research significance,innovation,research ideas and methods of high school politics teacher efficacy.The second part clarifies the core concepts of self-efficacy,teacher efficacy,high school politics teacher efficacy,and expounds the theoretical framework of this paper-the theory of ternary interaction and the theory of teacher efficacy.In the third part,taking the senior high school politics teachers in Changzhi City of Shanxi Province as the research object,the author developed a questionnaire of teacher efficacy,distributed 131 valid questionnaires,and used SPSS 22.0 to analyze the questionnaire data.It also combined with classroom observation,semi-structured interviews to complete the data collection and to understand the current situation of senior high school politics teachers efficacy in Changzhi City of Shanxi Province.This study found that teaching age,professional title,education background,whether graduated from normal university and high school politics teachers efficacy in Changzhi City of Shanxi Province are significantly related.Gender,whether to start to participate in the teaching of the latest school textbooks have no significant relationship with high school politics teachers efficacy in Changzhi City of Shanxi Province.The fourth part,based on the previous part,analyzes the influencing factors of high school politics teachers efficacy in Changzhi City,Shanxi Province.The fifth part,based on the theory of ternary interaction,especially the three interactive factors individual psychology,behavior and external environment,puts forward the effective measures to improve the sense of efficacy of high school politics teachers.
