| Ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities are the key courses for colleges and universities to implement the morality and cultivation of people,and play an important role in the cultivation of the world outlook,outlook on life,political outlook,and moral outlook of college students.Therefore,the party and the state have always attached importance to the construction of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,and how the quality of ideological and political theory teachers will have an important impact on the teaching of ideological and political theory courses.The self-efficacy of ideological and political theory teachers is an important part of their literacy,as well as an important factor that affects their teaching ability,teaching behavior,and professional growth.This article believes that the self-efficacy of college ideological and political theory teachers is the ability of college ideological and political teachers to their own teaching level and the impact on students in the process of education and teaching activities.It is an important factor in promoting the professional growth of teachers,and it is also an influence.An important factor for teachers’ teaching effectiveness.At the same time,it expounds the theoretical basis,connotation,nature and mechanism of self-efficacy,and analyzes the role characteristics of ideological and political theory courses and ideological and political theory teachers,and considers the ideals and beliefs,knowledge reserves,and teaching of ideological and political theory teachers.Skills,scientific research capabilities,etc.are all important factors that affect their self-efficacy,and the self-efficacy of ideological and political theory teachers will have a certain impact on themselves and their students.This article uses a self-compiled questionnaire to survey 155 ideological and political teachers in five colleges and universities A,B,C,D,E in Gansu Province from four aspects:teaching resources,classroom teaching,teaching effect,and teaching research,and found that:1.The self-efficacy of ideological and political teachers in the five schools is from high to low,B,A,D,C,E;2.Age,teaching age,level of participating in ideological and political teaching competitions,level of participating in ideological and political academic conferences,Ideological and political class teaching related award levels,level of related scientific research projects presided over,and whether teaching reflections are conducted after each class have a certain impact on the self-efficacy of ideological and political class teachers.Finally,combining theoretical analysis and survey data results,it is proposed that the self-efficacy of ideological and political theory teachers should be improved from four aspects:one is to enhance professional self-confidence,and to enhance the internal driving force of ideological and political teachers;the other is to improve teaching ability and teaching Effect;the third is to construct reasonable cognition and maintain positive emotions;the fourth is to improve the training mechanism and improve the evaluation system. |
