Integrity is the base of people and the foundation of the country. Integrity as a kind of theethical and social rules of the moral quality, it is the main content of junior high schoolstudents’ social development, many research showed it was the most important of the moralquality on contemporary teenagers’ mind, every teenager has recognized the necessary ofintegrity, but the phenomenon such as cheat the teachers, cheat in the exam, for someone towrite homework also occurs frequently, it shows that there is a conflict between integritycognitive and integrity behavior in junior high school students.The existing research focused on demonstrating the influencing factors of integrityconflict from a theoretical perspective, this study will use the empirical research method tocontrast of integrity cognition and integrity behavior in the same situation, analys thesituational influencing factors deeply.This research including status survey of integrity cognition in the junior high schoolstudents, experimental research on situational influencing factors of integrity behavior,situational influencing factors of integrity conflict for junior high school students.The results show that:1The self-made questionnaire has good reliability and fair validity. The results of analysisshow that junior high school students’ integrity cognition is trend to good aspect and doesnot exist differences on the whole. But on the sub-dimensions, it exists gender certificatecharacteristic among Behavior Estimation and Inner Experiences, and the level of Male islower than Female students. The seventh grade the cognitive level was significantly higherthan eighth grade among Cognitive Function, and the level of Male is lower than Femalestudents. Junior high school students’ integrity cognition in any dimensions are not existdifferences nationalities2In the high binding situation, punishment easy to stimulate dishonesty behavior thanreward in junior high school students. 3In the low binding situation, reward easy to stimulate dishonesty behavior thanpunishment in junior high school students.4The type of binding situation is the main effect and has a significant influence. Thetype of rewards and punishment isn’t the main effect. There’s a significant interactionbetween the type of lies and the relationship type.5The results of contrast integrity cognition and integrity behavior show that, there existintegrity conflict in the low binding situation.
