The Research On The Part-time Job Of Postgraduates

Along with the popularization and marketization of higher education, the part-time jobof postgraduates have came into being and intensified in recent years. Therefore, this studychooses the graduate of Soochow University as research objects to discuss and summarizethe survey results of the part-time job of postgraduates, and use the method ofquestionnaire and interview survey and Logistic regression analysis. this paper makequantitative analysis on the status of postgraduate part-time job and impact factors,motivation analysis, analysis of pros and cons, part-time employment impact analysis, theprotection of the interests of personal analysis from theory and practice. This study tries tomake breakthrough and innovation in the use of statistical methods and the concent of theresearch.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter makes general introductionabout the background, significance, design, methods, and innovations of this study. Thesecond chapter makes a systematic literature review by means of the summarization of therelevant literature in order to pave the way for the later study. The third chapter makes theintroduction about the conception of the important concepts involved in this research first,followed by an analysis of the pare-time job phenomenon of postgraduates from all-rounddevelopment theory of Marx’s, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, economic theory,sociological theory, career planning theory. The forth chapter is the core part of this study.It applies descriptive statistical analysis, chi-square test, T test, ANOVA analysis andLogistic regression analysis to make quantitative analysis on the status of postgraduatepart-time job and impact factors, motivation analysis, analysis of pros and cons, part-timeemployment impact analysis, the protection of the interests of personal analysis. The fifth chapter generally summarized the conclusions of this study, analyzes the deficienciesduring current research, then discusses and recommends the problems in the studay.
