Students Study Part-time Phenomenon

With the China’s market economy development into the great leap in recent years, the national education reform advances continuously. While the level of economic and social consumption market is rising, the number of university students increases every year, and the college students’ consumption level is climbing, the employment rate of college graduates continues falling, which causes the increasing college students’ employment pressure. What’s more, it contributes to the generalization and normalization in part-time job of college students.Although China’s higher education has been reforming, there are many aspects that students are not satisfied with, such as teaching stereotypes, bias in employment and professional direction, and the loss of leadership and innovation abilities of students, which has greatly limited the overall improvement. In order to develop the education of college students better, the establishment of flexible education system offers an opportunity of self-culturing, self-sharpening and self-innovating. The diversification of network and part-time platform provides good opportunities for college students.Based on the phenomenon of part-time job in college students and selected healthy development of part-time students group as the reference point, the paper investigated problems including how to regard part-time job, the aim and classification of part-time job, the intention of hiring part-time job, the environment of colleges, families and circle of friends of students, the difficulties and solution in part-time job. In the collation and analysis of survey results, the reason for the phenomenon was induced and analyzed. The relative advice and availability of response measures were further put into practice aiming at providing reference for comprehensive culturing of students in college, proving ways of healthy development of part-time job and providing real advice for educational reformation of college students, which could contribute to development of society.
