The development of information technologies has brought many bright prospects to human society, but at the same time more and more ethical problems also arise. Researches on the ethical issues related to information technologies started from the researches on computer ethics in the1970s. Now this area is drawing more and more attention. Among the ethical issues related to information, network information has become an important field in which network justice is the focus. This paper discusses the theory and practice of university network justice education and points out the future prospects of its development.This thesis is divided into five parts. Part I is an introduction, which includes the reasons for doing this study, a literature review of current researches home and abroad, and the purpose, significance, contents and methods of this study. Part II discusses the issue of network justice, the idea of network justice and network justice education. To be more specific, this part describes the features and manifestion of network justice and defines the concept and content of network justice. Part III mainly discusses the main theory of university education of network justice, including four aspects:the meaning, content, ways and methods of network justice. Based on the third part, Part IV discusses the measures of university network education, that is, network justice education starting with the educators, combinations and cooperation with other areas the university education of network justice. Part V is the conclusion. Based on the practical problems and information ethics, this part forecasts the future prospect of university network education and gives reasonable suggestions.
