Along with expanding the economical scale and the influence, Chinese Enterprises have already transformed into the main benefit counterparts and the pusher with the global advancement gradually. However, the multinational corporations in developed market have still hold the global commercial system commanding height relying on the core competence such as research and development ability, technological innovation, talent, brand and marketing, the Chinese Enterprise’s road of globalization is in the starting point. Although the CSR has already obtained the first three market position in the global profession, but the transnational management index is extremely low. As a central enterprise, the CSR bears important strategic mission to expand such as other Chinese Enterprises, accumulated the formidable intrinsic driving power in international management, owned the good opportunity after the financial crisis in international development, simultaneously, also has the undeniable insufficiency, faced with the huge challenges. The human resource is the first resource. Under this background, the research and the exploration of the international construction for talents has the vital significance and the realistic function.This dissertation mainly includes following four partial contents:The first part, briefly introduces the research background for the internationalized Talent team building in Chinese Enterprise, the present situation and the challenge for Chinese Enterprise’s internationalization, and simply reorganizes the researching frame, the method, the significance as well as the innovation spot of this article.The second part, carries on the limits and the classification to the internationalization talents basing on summarizing the concepts on human resources and talents, globalization and internationalization; Discusses the main point for international human resources management and the internationalized talent team building, and analyzes the phase of Chinese Enterprises’international development and it’s internationalized talents requirement, in order to providing the theory basis and the logical foundation for the practicing and exploring in CSR.The third part, The third part, introduces the basic information of CSR, as well as its international strategy and the human resources strategy in the " five-year plan " period, elaborates the Framework of Character "丰" as the guiding ideology of the internationalized talent team building in CSR, and formulates the plan summary of the internationalized talent team building for CSR, which including the general goals of one thousand talents, the strategic plan of three steps, the core tasks of "The lines" and "ten key" as the main content.The last part is an summary for the thesis and address the next study subject.
