Research On The Training Mode Of Internationalized Talents In Chinese Universities Under The Strategy Of “One Belt And One Road”

The construction of the “Belt and Road” is a major strategic concept put forward by the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the general secretary.Among them,the internationalization of higher education is an important part of this major strategic concept.Strengthening the internationalization level of the “Belt and Road” higher education will help optimize the international talent structure and enhance China's international competitiveness.After the “Belt and Road” strategy was put forward,many new policies were introduced in the training of higher education international talents.These new policies put new demands on the cultivation of talents in universities in China,which brought new opportunities and brought new challenges.Under the new situation,colleges and universities must maintain a clear understanding,according to their own development and situation,reasonably analyze and propose an international talent training strategy suitable for the development of colleges and universities,and strive to cultivate international talents suitable for new needs.The thesis uses three research methods: literature research method,routine analysis method and comparative analysis method.Through consulting a large number of relevant literatures and closely integrating the relevant news of the “Belt and Road” talents,it pays attention to the new policies proposed under the “One Belt,One Road” in 19 years..At the same time,it lists several representative examples of colleges and universities in the internationalization of international talent training under the “Belt and Road”,such as Tsinghua University,Peking University and Northwest University as a typical case study of international talent training under the “Belt and Road” To refine the common countermeasures for international talent training.The thesis is divided into three chapters.The first chapter of the thesis first defines the related concepts,analyzes the connotation of international talents,talent training mode and the new connotation of international talents under the “Belt and Road”initiative.According to the "Belt and Road" to the new requirements of the internationalization talents of Chinese universities,analyze the problems,trace the roots to analyze the existing problems,and then find out the countermeasures.It has certain reference and guiding significance for the training of internationalized talents in higher education.The paper discusses the object of colleges and universities in China,and does not involve regional specificity analysis.At the same time,according to the needs of international talent training,from the talent training model system,analyze the training objectives,training methods,training process and training tasks of the international talent training mode of colleges and universities,and then from the international concept,international curriculum,internationalization The various aspects of the internal practice of international universities in the international management of teachers and international students in China are started.The specific discussion on how to construct the international talent training mode of colleges and universities.The second chapter analyzes the problems existing in the process of internationalization talents training in colleges and universities in China.It summarizes the problems and analyzes the causes from the external environment and the internal international curriculum,international teachers and international student management system.In the third chapter,the corresponding solutions are given from the aspects of the concept,process and system construction of the talent training mode,which are respectively in the international curriculum,international teacher training,international student awareness training,and the management of foreign students in China.The countermeasures are given in other aspects,and there is certain guidance and research significance for the research of international talent training mode under the “Belt and Road”.
