Study On Safety Management Mechanism Of College Residence Based On The Idea Of DRR Education

"One hunderd project, safety first". Safety work is basics of the development and stability of colleges and universities. Student apartments which is seen as an important part of the school is an important place for college students’ daily life, learning, and break and most important part of shool safty. With the development of college logistics socialization reform, the introduction of social resources, and under the influence of other factors of economic, technology, Student apartments is the gradual socializing so as to its Management system, operation mechanism and working train of thought, method wait to encounter new challenge. Problems of increasingly prominent contradictions in the development, uneven logistics personnel quality, students’ safety awareness and disagreement of the safety management of students understanding from school departments bring about students’ apartment many security problems. Therefore, how to strengthen administration of student apartments to create a safe, comfortable learning, living environment for students is a main task of colleges and universities.This paper firstly deals with study of its background, and adopt the method of comprehensive analysis to analyze hidden dangers in colleges and universities. It concludes that school departments have some hidden dangers such as life safety and property safety, which are caused by insufficient attention of school, weak infrastructure and not strong Students’ safety consciousness. According to the current situation of student apartments, the paper analyzes the background of DRR education, ideas and content, especially the relation of DRR education and safety management of student apartments, and based on the experience my school carrying out DRR education, the author assumes that under ideas of DRR education, colleges and universities should see reducing risks of school departments as key point, enhance understanding, improve risk information and the early warning mechanism, pay attention to safety cultural building, strengthen four items of emergency preparedness consisting mainly of apartment security management mechanism.
