The Students Involved In University Management Mechanism

With the social and economic development,the outer environment of the higher education in China has also experienced rapid change,which has induced a further need to reform and perfect the inner management system of higher education.As the main stakeholders and official members of colleges and universities who are able to participate and have more democratic consciousness, they desire more normative and effective ways to participate the management of colleges and universities.Under the background of new era,the paper,basing on the stakeholder theory,first sorts out the participation mechanism in enterprise and in colleges or universities of western country,then it analyzes the current student participation situation and problems in colleges or universities of our country from a wider point of view.On the basis of defining the core conceptions,this paper firstly analyzes the existing documents,and points out the meaning and the necessity to study the student participation mechanism of our higher education institution.Secondly,this paper has concluded the generalities by drawing on the experience of stakeholders in enterprise and students in western colleges and universities to participate,and has also got the enlightenments.Thirdly,the third chapter analyzes the existing student participation mechanism by comparing the situation of that in western country and shows its problems.Finally,it analyzes a case,which gives the realistic running situation and aspects to be improved.
