Innovation Research On The Management Of Student’s Apartments In Colleges And Universities

Almost every college and university in China has student-apartment management, which is in charge of the students’ and apartments’ securitysurroundings, health and emergency-handling and so on. Though the student-apartment management is complex, trivial, but very important. Because the good management of student-apartment and mechanism is a prerequisite for students in school, which is not only to make students focus more on learning but also to play a positive role in stability, solidarity and steady development of college and university. Based on existing work experience, this article, first, under the guidance of related theory, investigated the student-apartment management of Sichuan Conservatory of Music by questionaries and interview to analyze the current research. Second, this paper studied our national student-apartment managment policy and taked example of University of Michigan for case study in order to elaborate the guiding principle of student-apartment managment. Third, we analyzed the current situation and problems of student-apartment management in Sichuan Conservatory of Music.Forth, the model and countermeasure of student-apartment management in Sichuan Conservatory of Music are put forward. The final conclusion has been given by verifing the previous assumption with questionnaire, the relevant documents, books, cases and piloting the new method after anaylzing the data to compare with tranditional one. In the course of research, this paper combined students-apartment management with our national policy and school regulations to make sure the legal and operability of the new model, furthermore, considering the pilot practice, promoted a new management mode and management approach to reach a better working level.
