A Study On The Sound Personality Molding In The Ideological And Political Education Of College Students

Personality molding is an important issue which can’t be ignored in the youth’s growing up process. As the backbone representatives, college students’personality cultivation deserves more attention. The sound personality study of college students has become a problem drawing attentions in many subjects. Our nation is in the primary stage of socialism and the college students’quality plays a decisive role in the social development. However, in the college students’ideological and political education, we have some shortcomings, so further work is needed to mold their sound personality.In this essay, the author mainly studies the college students’sound personality from three aspects in addition to the preface and conclusion. First, the related connotation and structure of personality is analyzed from the perspective of ideological and political education. Based on the definition of personality, the author expounded the meaning of sound personality and related studies. Second, after defining personality and sound personality, the author tries to analyze the realistic significance of sound personality in ideological and political education, affirming the importance of sound personality in the formation of healthy thoughts. Finally, through analyzing the positive and negative personality of college students and their influential factors, the author tries to find the approaches to mold health personalities of college students. That has great effects on the ideological and political education of the college students’personality.
