As the separation of people and articles in writing teaching, this article analyzes the reasons of the lost of personality of writing subjects, and looks for methods to solve this problem, especially from the aspects of students, teachers, schools and society, using the theories of sociology, pedagogy and psychology, then finally brings up the conclusion that the highest ambit in writing teaching is to mold students' sound personality while they are writing. Specifically, it is the premise that teachers should update their conception, change their teaching methods, improve their personality, to influence and mold students' sound personality; and the key that students should try their best in writing; while a good atmosphere of home, school, and social culture supplies a broad background. The purpose of this research is to analyze the phenomenon of the lost of writing subjects' personality, bring up a solution, and emphasize the importance of the molding of sound personality in writing teaching, therefore we can overcome the defect of the ignorance of sound personality's cultivating.
