Political Instructor is an important part of the college teacher staff, and plays an important rolein strengthening ideological and political education and student services administration. At present,along with the continuous development of the socialist market economy and the deepening ofreforms and opening, the thinking of college students has changed a lot. Undoubtedly, to pay specialemphasis on the construction of students’ political instructor team is an important guarantee to guidestudents to establish a correct outlook on world, life and value, and to develop students’ability ofreasonable cultured personality, physical and mental development, as well as to build a high qualityof moral education in Colleges. Therefore, it’s particularly important to develop a highly qualifiedinstructor staff.
