Teaching is interactive activities between teachers and students. Bothteachers and students should be the objectives of basic education studies in orderto achieve a desired effect. Considering the status and function of teachers indaily teaching activities, we select primary and middle school mathematicteachers as samples by using careful research methods, and resolve dailyteaching activities in details combined with relevant education and teachingtheories. In this research, we will put detailed observation and research on theobjectives, record the teaching process, identify the best parts of daily teachingactivities, and discuss issues and solutions. This research, aiming to arouseeducation experts’attention, mainly contains several aspects, that is,mathematics teacher professional growth, conceptual analysis of teachingactivities, factor analysis of teaching activities, and analysis on time of teachingactivities.The articles are divided into four parts:Part 1: This part will introduce the objective briefly. The objective is aprimary mathematics teacher L in Jinan.Part 2: This part is designed to describe the main elements of teacher L’sdaily teaching activities, such as enrollment time period, teaching time, dailyeducational administration activities, student management, teaching study, etc.Finally we can grasp teaching activities regulations of teacher L in his/herworking day.Part 3: This part intends to make a specific analysis of elements of teacherL’s daily teaching activities. It aims to further understand every stage in teacherL’s daily teaching activities, and explain them with relevant education andteaching theories. We use teaching cases, teaching events and activities betweenteachers and students as a lead-in to identify the best parts of teacher L’s dailyteaching activities, and discuss potential realistic problems and reasons.Part 4: This research will inspire me a wondering about primarymathematics teachers teaching activities, and give an elementary discussion oninfluential factor of teacher growth, amount of teacher’s work and job burnout,etc.
