Non-intellectual Factors And Its Ways In The Ideological And Political Education Of University Students

University students’ ideological and political education is animportant part of modernize education, meanwhile,non-intelligence fator pay an important role in university student’scomprehensive development which is a part of modernize personnelcompetence training. So cultivating non-intelligence factor in theuniversity students’ ideological and political education pay a saferole in university students’ development. Non-intelligence factor isthe factor which don’t involve in human’s cognitive activitiesdirectly, but to restrict and coordinate for human’s cognitiveactivities.With the development of society, university students’ideological and political education is specially important. However,university students whose ideological and political education ismore important, because they know well in new technique andidea.They are not only armed with the development of intelligence,but also the development of non-intelligence factor including theinterest, the motivation the will, the emotion the individuality,theenvironment. But for a long time, traditional ideological and politicaleducation pay less attention on non-intelligence factor, and in the practice of education object ignores cultivating non-intellectualfactors, so the effect is not very ideal.This paper mainly studies university students’ ideological andpolitical education of cultivating non-intelligence factor, throughthe questionnaire investigation results and datas of Shanxi NormalUniversity, and analyses the non-intelligence factor’s question andreason. At last, this paper studies a lot of ways and channels oncultivating non-intelligence factor in the university students’ideological and political education. The first part of this paperdiscusses the concept and essential factor of non-intelligence andthen explain the relation and difference with the intelligence andnon-intelligence factor. The second part discusses the relation ofideological and political education and non-intelligence factor fromtwo aspects. The third part discusses the non-intelligence factor’squestion and reason in university students’ ideological and politicaleducation through the questionnaire investigation results anddata.The fourth part discusses the importance of cultivatingnon-intelligence factor from the theory and reality. The last part ofthis paper mainly discusses a lot of channels and ways oncultivating non-intelligence in the university students’ ideologicaland political education.
