With the development of network technology, the traditional mode ofeducation has been strongly impacted. At present, the professionaldevelopment of teachers has gradually become an internationaleducation sector hot topic of great importance by many countries inthe education sector. In 2010 July promulgated by our countryseventeenth chapter of the medium and long-term educational reformand development compendium makes clear a regulation on teachersteam construction measures. This shows that our country is alsoincreasing emphasis on Teachers and teachers’ professionaldevelopment. The modern network technology continues to evolve afavorable technical support for teachers’ professional development,especially the emergence of Tag, RSS, blogs, wiki and other emergingtools of Web2.0 era, inject new vitality to the professionaldevelopment of teachers. These platforms for teachers to constructknowledge, form the network learning community, to promoteteachers’ professional development provides a good network environment. Therefore, construction of teachers’ professionaldevelopment platform to promote teachers’ professionaldevelopment allows the author to try hard.This paper describes the research background, research contents,research methods and research significance, and then describes theauthor’s summary of the relevant concepts and theories , in order tocomplete of the practice of teachers’ professional developmentplatform under the guidance of the theory . Then introduced thedomestic and foreign about teacher professional development andplatform construction, obtained the necessity and the feasibility bycomparing the construction of teachers’ professional development.Issued a questionnaire to understand the teachers ’teaching resourcetypes and the way demand platform design requirements, designteachers’ professional development platform for frame structure andmake a detailed analysis. we design the system includingmanagement subsystem, the teacher subsystem, student subsystemand expert subsystem, which consider the teachers’ professionaldevelopment as the leading, students and experts playing asupporting role, administrator giving maintenance and managementof the in the background. Using UML language of model the systemmap out the relevant role of the use case diagram, sequence diagramand activity interaction map. Design the resource sharing, exchange group, experts exchange, news subscription, label classification,background management module.At the end we take the platform to carry on the function test,obtaining the evaluation of teachers’ professional developmentplatform through the case studies, summary the limitations of thisstudy, point out the deficiencies in their work, raise the prospect forfuture research directions. we hope that this platform can truly forteachers in the teaching, learning and life brings some help, promoteteacher’s exhibition industry development.
