Using UML language of model the systemmap out the relevant role of the use case diagram, sequence diagramand activity interaction map. Design the resource sharing, exchange group, experts exchange, news subscription, label classification,background management module.At the end we take the platform to carry on the function test,obtaining the evaluation of teachers’ professional developmentplatform through the case studies, summary the limitations of thisstudy, point out the deficiencies in their work, raise the prospect forfuture research directions. we hope that this platform can truly forteachers in the teaching, learning and life brings some help, promoteteacher’s exhibition industry development.
