In recent years, our country university personnel systemreforms a lot, the post appointment system in Colleges anduniversities has become the basic employment system, which withthe character of setting position according to workload, andemploying faculty on the basis of position need, the management ofuniversity teachers transfers from the original“identitymanagement" to "post management". Teachers’ post managementguides teachers’ direction, affects their development prospects,how to establish a scientific and reasonable position managementsystem is the problem which is in urgent need to be solved for themanagement of university teachers. This paper mainly studies thenew situation for how to make post management of universityteachers, and on this basis trying to design a university teacher’smanagement system.University Teachers Management relates to the post setting,examination and employment etc. Taking N University as example,combining the school personnel management system, based on theresearch of the university teachers and level analysis, the articleexplores how to set posts, the method of the specificimplementation of post assessment, the connotation andcharacteristic of system, and elaborates the concept of performance management, integrating the performanceassessment theory and method into the university teachersmanagement field, aiming at different positions which are related toperformance evaluation, and to achieve a reasonable positionappointment according to the assessment results.In the design phase of university teachers’management systemdesign phase, the current system is analyzed, and the currentsystem is converted into a graphical representation of the physicalmodel, using the unified modeling language UML to build the systemmodel, the detailed description and modeling of the static model ismade. In the stage of implementation, the system adopts B / S mode,combining with Asp language for the network programming, andmakes use of Access background to design the database.This paper presents the design and implementation of theuniversity teachers’management system which includes postsetting module, teachers’module, job evaluation module, postappointment module and manager module. On the basis of theoriginal evaluation index set, according to the position of teachingmanagement under the system of appointment of new features andN university personnel management of the specific implementationmeasures for teachers, applying classification management,according to different teaching positions set different evaluationindex and weight, build a clear, easy-to-understand assessmentscale. Compared with the traditional examination, appointmentmodel, the appointment of digital examination, reduces thedeviation of traditional way; the appointment of networkmanagement positions reduces teachers constrain of from participating in time and space, eases the teachers’ emotions, sothat the whole college personnel management works moreaccurate, convenient and efficient.
