A Study on the Reform of Appointment System about Teaching Post in Chinese University Abstract: In the light of outlooks on scientific development and talents.the reform of appointment system about teaching post has been conducted in Chinese universities in recent years. While great achievements has been made,the reform is also cenfronted with some problems.Through reviewing the history of reform,the paper presents the current reform situation first.Then on the basis of problem anolyses in the reform,some tentative solutions are put forward.
