The staff system of college education is the personnel classification management system which matches the college characteristics under the new situation, which can achieve many kinds of managements ranging from identity management to the post management. its purpose is to establish the employment mechanism of setting the post based on the work, and the appointment according to the post freely and adjustably, to create a lean, efficient, honest, incorruptible college management steam, and establish an open, fair, competitive, merit-based, efficient management system. However, there still exist some problems in the process of conducting higher education staff system in our country, which remain to be further explored and solved. This paper is in connection with our country higher education staff system's present implementation situation, whose object of study is the higher education staff system reform.This paper is based on the Wuhan GS university as the research object, discuss our country higher education staff system reform problem. First of all, the paper analyzed the higher school administrators and administrative system existence question, elaborated our country colleges and universities to implement education staff system reform significance. Secondly, introduces the theoretical system of educational staff system including main content, promote the implementation of step as well as the domestic scholars of existing research results. Then, analysed our country pilot colleges and universities to implement education staff system present situation, and to its implementation process problems, difficulties and the reasons for the study. On this basis, taking Wuhan GS college education staff system reform as an example, analyzes the GS School of Wuhan administrative staff characteristics, determined the educational staff system reform in personnel appointment scope and classification, focusing on the post setting, responsibilities and qualifications, appointment, evaluation and treatment, dismissal and resignations of specific implementation steps, and the implementing effect and existence problem to undertake thorough analysis. Finally, on the research contents of this paper are summarized, pointing out further issues to be discussed.
